Always long waiting times at the drive-in during Corana times. In addition, the burgers are usually only lukewarm. No grill taste with the burger patty. So I'm no longer a MC Donald fan and only go to Mäckes because of my son. It's a shame actually

Apart from that, the staff here seems to be overworked or the shop is understaffed, the return vehicle was already overcrowded when we arrived, later used tablets and rubbish piled up on the surrounding tables. Never again! Mc Donalds can also be different, as is proven by chains in Hanover and the surrounding area.

Everyone, EVERYONE, complained about their orders on 10/22/20 at around 8 p.m. because items were forgotten. Pure chaos! Unfortunately, you don't understand the employees because they speak little or no German and you also get the feeling that the employees don't understand you either and are only in their tunnel. I had to wait 40 minutes for my cappuccino, another gentleman had his order booked out after 60 minutes due to the long waiting time. However, if you don't want to miss the feeling of being on a foreign expedition despite Corona, this "Schnell" restaurant should be recommended.

If the order goes well, the food arrives quickly, but the mask was not over the staff's nose, the table was not freshly wiped, there are no notes to indicate that it has been freshly disinfected ... nobody pays attention to the fact that the presence is recorded becomes ...

In our opinion we felt we waited half an hour in the mcdrive. 4 cars ahead of us. But the fries were well salted this time.

Never again load this one. Table was dirty. We had to wait an hour for the food. Although the burgers were already ready at 6:39 pm, they didn't arrive at the table until 7:36 pm. That's how they tasted.

Disinfected table wiped with dirty yellow or black cloth! Then you can also give yourself the remedy! It's a shame, otherwise well located but staff for the cat!

Fast food? Nothing. We ordered from the machine. It took more than 30 minutes for the burgers to arrive. The food was cold, the waitress threw the tray on the table so that the fries flew around. Never again.

I've never spent so much time at a McDonald's. Incidentally, involuntarily. Completely overwhelmed staff. We had to wait almost an hour for our order. But only because we had asked. Otherwise we might not have gotten anything. Quite a few were served before us. Others also had to ask about their food and sometimes to the front several times after receiving it because their order was incorrect or incomplete.

Almost 40 minutes waiting time in a fast food restaurant !? The staff seems totally chaotic and overwhelmed and even fails to comply with the hygiene standards in Corona times. At least not a single table was wiped during my stay of over an hour, even though the indoor area was well attended. Can't remember ever being in such a desolate MCD ... What a shame.

I got my milkshake in a paper cup and it was basically just milk. As if you had left the milkshake somewhere for 30 minutes, even though it was made in front of my eyes. So it's a shame that the machine was broken.

Very attentive and well-directed staff. Delicious and professionally prepared drinks. Large spacious, sheltered and child-friendly terrace. The interior design is point / functional and clear. The entire facility, including the parking lot, is handicapped accessible. The toilets are spacious and very clean. Highly recommended 👍
